History

McGinley Maintenance, Inc. was founded in Charleroi, PA in 1960 by our leader, John (“Bud”) McGinley.  Since its founding, McGinley Maintenance has been family owned and operated.  In 1981, Jack McGinley joined the business and over the next 28 years the company enjoyed its greatest success, thanks to our great Customers and employees.
In 2009, Brian McGinley followed his father and grandfather into the business.  From the beginning, our family and dedicated staff have made your satisfaction our standard.  We stand behind our work with our family name and reputation.  If our Customers are not satisfied, we are not satisfied and we will work until your expectations are met – or exceeded.

Jack obtained a degree in Accounting from Villanova University in 1977, and a Masters in Business Administration from St. Joseph’s University in 1979.  Jack worked as a financial analyst in Eastern Pennsylvania until 1981, when he joined MMI.  Jack eventually became President of MMI and was instrumental in the Company’s growth and success.   We continue to benefit from Jack’s leadership today including our Customer Service initiatives, accounting and inventory systems, computer systems, and numerous other areas.
Thanks to the dedication of our people and to you, our loyal Customers, MMI has grown through the years.  We are now located in 5 states and have the privilege of serving hundreds of Customers – from those with a few employees in a single location to Customers with thousands of employees and multi-national locations.  We remain where we were founded, in Southwestern PA, and we remain true to our original goal of providing all Customers with service excellence and Peace of Mind – that your facility will be expertly maintained.
